Vendor Statement of Interest

‍ ‍

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited, and we strive to create a well-balanced shopping experience with a variety of vendors and minimal product overlap.

If accepted, vendors will receive an invoice for their booth fee. Payment will be due by Sept 30.

Vendor setup times and event logistics will be shared with accepted vendors prior to the event. All vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event with ample product. V Last year’s market had over 600 visitors. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

The Market is about celebrating the holiday season, supporting small businesses, and creating a festive experience for our community. We ask all vendors to bring a positive attitude, holiday spirit, and a willingness to help make the event special for everyone involved. 🎄

We are looking for a range of vendors selling a mixture of items, including locally crafted handmade items, clothing, and local foods.  Artisans including painters and fiber artists, woodworkers, chefs and bakers, and fine wine or spirit distillers are also welcome. Special consideration will be given to those with Italian or Italian inspired offerings. This is an all-indoor event; however, food trucks, drink trailers, etc. are welcome to apply and will be situated near The Morris.

Fees include tables, chairs, linens and wifi and will be used for event promotion and light refreshments.

Weekdays: $35

Saturdays: $55

Sundays are not typically busy days for us. However, we would consider hosting private shopping experiences if you have clients/friends who might be interested.

Vendors are required to promote the event on their social media channels and to adhere to our event space guidelines.

APPLICATIONS DUE BY OCTOBER 5, 2026.

The information provided on this page will be used solely to contact you regarding the status of the Market.  It will never be sold or shared.
