Vendor Statement of Interest

‍Multi-vendor market at The Morris located at 411 North 6th St., Clarksburg, WV.

Friday, November 27 5pm - 9pm

Saturday, November 28 11am - 4pm

We are looking for a range of vendors selling a mixture of items, including locally crafted handmade items, clothing, and local foods.  Artisans including painters and fiber artists, musicians, woodworkers, chefs and bakers, and fine wine or spirit distillers are also welcome. This is an all-indoor event; however, food trucks, drink trailers, etc. are welcome to apply and will be situated near The Morris.

Booth & Equipment

The event will be held on the first and third floors of The Morris.

Vendors will be able to setup in their space between 9am - 5:45on Friday, and by appointment earlier in the week.  Directions for load-in and load-out will be provided prior to event.

We are offering a variety of booth sizes: (please select and indicate if power is necessary)

Boutique: 32 x 32 $200   

Bay: 16 x 16 $100                 

Baker: 8 x 8 $50                   

As part of the fee, you have access to two 8’ long tables, two chairs, linens and wifi.  The Morris collection of vintage décor is available on a first come, first served basis.

You are permitted to bring your own display items as long as they have protective feet.  If indicated in the application, a booth may have access to electricity (bring your own extension cords).

Booth spaces should be neat and professional. Storage boxes need to be hidden from view.  Folding tables need to be covered to the floor with no legs showing.  Signage and décor need to be free standing.  Nothing may be affixed to the walls, beams, or ceilings.

Vendors must be ready to accept guests 15 minutes prior to open time.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

If accepted, vendors will receive an invoice for their booth fee. Payment will be due by November 1.

All vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event with ample product. Last year’s market had over 600 visitors. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Vendors are required to promote the event on their social media channels and to adhere to our event space guidelines.
